| Persona 2: Eternal Punishment Coming to PSP |

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 2 - Eternal Punishment is to be released on PSP for May 17th! This is the second half of the Persona 2 duology, and I for one am thrilled. The story is supposed to be an alternative-like sequel to the first Persona 2 game, Innocent Sin, previously remade to PSP. Eternal Punishment's remake is also supposed to feature an entirely new subplot not found in the game's original PlayStation One edition.
The first Persona 2 game, Innocent Sin, is one of my absolute favorite PSP games, so I'm thrilled that Eternal Punishment is being redone as well. The only other question remains as to whether or not Eternal Punishment's PSP port will get localized outside Japan. I certainly hope so! :) |

Hi! I was browsing categories and came across this community. After looking through some past posts, I thought it sounded like a fun place to be, so here I am!
I grew up on Atari and Nintendo, and still love the Nintendo games. I'm not really into the fighting games, nor am I really into the overly cute ones, so there are some limits, but I still manage to find games to suit me. I like things that make me think a bit, so I've become a huge fan of the Professor Layton series for the DS (and anxiously awaiting the next release on the 3DS), as well as the Zelda games, some of the Mario games (I really love the Paper Mario series), and Animal Crossing.
I just picked up a 3DS - the Zelda version - and Ocarina of Time, so I've been playing through that again. Looking forward to getting to know the other members here and have some fun discussions about various games. :) |

I'm really excited to get this. I was a huge fan of TM2 for PS1. My husband and I played it on the PS3 for old time's sake. Didn't look so good, but still fun. I'm glad they didn't eliminate the offline multiplayer, too. Because sometimes, I really don't want to play with mouthbreathers fighting with their children/siblings over the mic. (X-posted in older comment.)
So my question for the community is: what are some other contemporary offline multiplayer games out there? The only other one that I can think of is Little Big Planet. I feel like the industry has abandoned "2 Player" for online multiplayer modes. |

If you've looked at the calendar for upcoming games there are at least three titles that stick out like nothing else, all three of them being RPG's too, my favourite~ heheh~ They are:
Mass Effect 3 - March 6th
Tales of Graces F - March 13th
Xenoblade Chronicles - April 6th
Of course there are more games like The Last Guardian, Diablo III, Halo 4, and Uncharted: Golden Abyss are coming out this year as well! I'm personally looking forward to Resident Evil 6 that was announced not too long ago and it'll be released in November of this year!
So, any games you're looking forward to in the near/semi-distant future? |
